Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is searching for a BC/BE outpatient Neurologist to join a well-established and expanding group of neurologists in Kingwood (North Houston). This new team member will treat patients in a beautiful new state of the art Comprehensive Care Center conveniently located inside the Kings Harbor Waterfront Village. US News and World Report consistently ranks Houston Methodist as the number one hospital system in Texas. With Kingwood a thriving master-planned community 29 miles northeast of downtown Houston, this is an outstanding opportunity

*Job Description:*

·            Full-time outpatient general neurology opportunity (M-F).

·            Flexible options for neurologists with special interests

·            No stroke call. Hospitalists respond to acute stroke symptoms.

·            Available procedures: EMG, EEG, Botox injections and Lumbar puncture

·            Advanced Practice Support

·            EPIC EMR System

*Qualifications:*

·            Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.

·            Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing.

·            Candidates with experience or new residents/fellows are welcome to apply.

The Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center in Kingwood was designed to meet the growing health and wellness needs of families in North Houston (Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble) and surrounding areas and features a multidisciplinary team of primary care and specialty care doctors who utilize a comprehensive approach to care. Services offered at the new facility include primary care, orthopedics and sports medicine, physical therapy, rotating specialty care and an onsite lab for quick test results. The Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center in Kingwood was designed with patient care and convenience in mind with a view of Lake Houston on the horizon.  The comprehensive care center is conveniently located inside the Kings Harbor Waterfront Village at 4501 Magnolia Cove Dr., Building 6, Kingwood, TX 77345.
