If you are a senior installer who wants to work with other professionals who care about quality and teamwork, this is a company where your skill and attitude will be appreciated.Who this role is forYou are:A senior carpenter with strong cabinet and finish-work experienceComfortable leading jobs, not just assistingSkilled with miters, scribing, fillers, panels, crown, and trimTrusted to make on-site decisions without hand-holdingProfessional with homeowners and respectful of occupied homesCore ResponsibilitiesLead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets + refacing projects)Execute high-level finish carpentryMitered trim & moldingCrown moldingScribing to walls/ceilingsCustom fillers, panels, and modificationsRead plans, elevations, and take precise measurementsProblem-solve real-world site conditions (out-of-square walls, uneven floors)Direct and mentor installers/helpersCommunicate clearly with homeowners and project managersMaintain a clean, professional job siteInspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign-offRequired Experience (non-negotiable)Minimum 3–5+ years of cabinet installation / finish carpentry experienceProven experience leading installations or crewsStrong woodworking fundamentalsAbility to work independently and manage a full install dayExperience working in occupied residential homesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationOwn professional-grade hand tools (specialty tools provided)Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeExperience: Carpentry: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute: Brooklyn, NY 11206 (Required)Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
