What We Offer: Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities Home on weekends Company truck Paid time off and closure on most major holidays Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Team member discount program Continuing education and training Your Responsibilities: Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing store team Deliver exceptional customer service to create raving fans Provide knowledgeable recommendations on tire purchases, repairs, and maintenance Maintain strong enthusiasm and responsiveness to every customer interaction Foster effective communication among team members and support departments Ensure compliance with inventory and operational standards, including parts ordering Oversee all aspects of P&L, including sales, gross margin, and expense control Stay updated on product line changes, service techniques, and mandatory awareness programs Adhere to legal guidelines and company policies, including OSHA requirements Embrace additional responsibilities as necessary Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tire and auto services At least 2 years’ management experience Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent is necessary Ability to lift or carry items weighing at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching Salary: Starting at $65,000
