Responsabilidades Crear elecciones de actuación memorables, definiendo personajes con ideas frescas y originales, desarrollando el contenido emocional de cada escena gracias a unas fuertes habilidades de actuación. Colaborar estrechamente con el Director de Animación de Personajes y supervisores para mantener los personajes en el modelo y establecer altos estándares de calidad para el equipo de animación. Adaptar una variedad de estilos de animación. Establecer y desarrollar mecánicas sobresalientes. Encontrar poses atractivas que mejoren el diseño y la calidad de los personajes y las escenas. Probar configuraciones de personajes y desarrollar nuevas herramientas de animación. Resolver problemas técnicos de manera autónoma y saber cuándo escalar cuestiones. Comprender profundamente el pipeline de animación CGI. Tener habilidades comunicativas para anticipar retrasos y comunicar cualquier problema a la brevedad. Ser receptivo a feedback y cambios. Fomentar el trabajo en equipo, mentorizar a nuevos animadores y buscar oportunidades y eficiencias para impulsar el departamento. Calificaciones Requisitos básicos: Título universitario o experiencia equivalente adquirida mediante educación, experiencia laboral y/o formación. Más de 3 años de experiencia profesional en animación CGI. Experiencia en actuación de personajes. Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extra y fines de semana cuando sea necesario. Calificaciones deseadas: Conocimientos de rigging. Habilidades de dibujo. Competencia en animación tradicional. Experiencia en storyboard. Posición totalmente remota: se espera que el puesto se desempeñe desde un lugar externo a las instalaciones de DreamWorks, generalmente desde la residencia del empleado.
