In this role, you will develop and enhance the backend systems that power our cutting-edge AI platform, which delivers real-time, personalized customer engagement, faster problem-solving, and proactive support to drive long-term business growth.You will design and implement scalable, efficient infrastructure to support our AI agents, ensuring they deliver VIP-level service in every customer interaction.
