Position Summary:
Exeter Township is seeking friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a server, you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Ideal candidates enjoy working with the public, working in the food industry and understanding the rules and regulations of golf.
General Duties:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to cook.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests as needed.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the work area, including all counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with state, county, health regulations and work safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Light cooking as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts to include, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 3 months serving experience.
- RAMP Certified or willing to obtain
- Serv Safe Certificate required or willing to obtain
Training will be provided.
