Are you a skilled recruiter ready to make an immediate impact? Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Euclid, OH on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity to partner with hiring managers and help shape the talent strategy for critical roles. What You’ll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30 requisitions at a time, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top-quality talent. Focus on recruiting for corporate accounting and finance positions. Maintain compliance with company policies and best practices throughout the hiring process. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, specifically for accounting and finance roles. Strong sourcing skills and ability to juggle multiple requisitions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A consultative approach when working with both candidates and internal managers.
