Hybrid | 3-Month Contract (Potential to Convert Full-Time)30–40 hours/week | Urgent HireOur client is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to serve as the in-house social media expert within their Brand, Marketing & Communications organization. This role sits within the Marketing Center of Excellence and reports into the Experience Design team.The ideal candidate is a senior social media professional who can step in immediately, work with minimal supervision, and confidently lead strategy and execution across platforms.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day social media operations and account administrationDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned to brand goalsCreate and curate content (copywriting, graphics, video)Oversee internal contributors and external agency partnersOptimize performance through testing, insights, and best practicesConduct competitive and landscape analysesSupport branding and paid social initiativesReport on performance and present insights to stakeholdersQualifications5–10 years of social media experienceProven ability to lead and execute independentlyStrong strategic and hands-on capabilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience working cross-functionally and with agenciesThis is a three-month contract role with strong potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate.
