You will mentor and coach junior engineers, champion best practices, and lead by example in coding, testing, and system design, helping to cultivate a world‑class engineering organization. This role provides opportunities to help shape and grow the team.Our ideal Staff Software Engineer will have:Technical Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, defining project scope, setting technical direction, and guiding complex projects from concept to launch.Full Stack Mastery: 10+ years of hands‑on experience designing and building robust, scalable full‑stack web applications.Technical Depth: Significant proficiency with modern web technologies, including:Frontend: TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.Backend: Experience developing distributed services with languages like Java, Python, or Go.Product Passion: A genuine passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a relentless drive to deliver measurable value to customers and partners.Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
