Assistant Store Manager – Tailored Brands, Inc. Reports to: Store Manager Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop the store team to achieve sales performance expectations. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain operational excellence when serving as manager on duty, ensuring proper scheduling, staffing, and execution of initiatives. Support store business plans, including sales, customer service, and operational goals, and follow up on execution to maximize performance. Use data and store reports to present opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive business outreach. Co‑operate with the Store Manager to conduct regular team meetings and communicate company directives. Lead a culturally inclusive environment, model company values, and motivate staff. Ensure stores meet visual and marketing standards while achieving high Net Promoter Scores. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ retail or sales experience. Creative, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and strategic thinker. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and POS systems. Ability to train and develop high‑performing teams. Capable of operating a computer and POS system. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
