Summary of Responsibilities
Breakfast Line Cook 7am - 4pm. At Another Broken Egg we are proud of our Southern-Inspired scratch cooking Line Cooks follow all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety in order to produce food according to our standards.

Job Qualifications:
•Positive attitude At Another Broken Egg we are Happy People Sharing Happiness
•Takes direction and works well in a team environment
•Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant setting (at least 6 months)
•Prior breakfast or heavy saut experience preferred
•Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
•Be able to safely reach, bend, lift and easily maneuver up to 50 pounds
Primary Responsibilities::
•Responsibility for the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
•Knowledge of all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
•Prepares foods for service using gas stoves, griddles, fryers, and broilers
•Plates all dishes to standards assuring that each item is cooked to the Guest's specifications
•Close to open - Prepares, stocks, and deep cleans station to be ready for open the next day.
