Corporate Finance Associate – Am Law 100 FirmAbout the Position: We are working with an international law firm that has an active need for a corporate finance attorney to join as an associate in its sophisticated Chicago office. This firm’s Corporate Finance team structures billions in complex debt transactions each year for public and closely held clients, handling syndicated bank debt, mezzanine and private placements, restructurings and workouts and offering its attorneys an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes, market-defining financings across industries.Highlights: Hybrid position (typically 3 days in office)Ranked as one of the top firms to work for in the MidwestFirm has long-standing dedication to pro-bono workGrowing, collaborative law firm environmentResponsibilities: Work on a range of commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings, for public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutionsRequired Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience with corporate finance, working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial transactionsExperience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documentsExperience with advising on covenant complianceExperience leading due diligence teams and managing specialistsTop academic credentials and excellent writing skillsLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)Compensation: The anticipated base compensation for this position is $180,000 – $315,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
