It does not imply that all positions within the class perform all of the duties listed, nor does it necessarily list all possible duties that may be assigned.•Cleans and maintains equipment•Completes all tasks on Aide Checklist on a daily basis•Floats on clinic floor and puts patients on/off ice with GameReady machines throughout the day•Assures equipment is safely secured at the end of the day and treatment areas are neat and clean•Maintains linen in a neat and clean manner. Follows infection control policies for handling of used linen. Ensure linen is changed after each patient•Performs supply management to ensure the gym areas are appropriately stocked•Assists front desk specialists, as needed, at the Manager of Support Operations•Maintains strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information•Performs other duties as assigned•At therapists' direction, sets up modalities for patient use, i.e. heat, ice, electric stimulation, etc.•Ongoing work with the Manager of Support Operations to create Aide schedule to meet clinic needs•Full time aide is responsible for clinic inventory and ordering/receiving of all supplies (communicatewith part time aides for inventory updates)ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE•High School Diploma or equivalent•Proficient with Microsoft Office software - Word, Outlook•Good communication, organizational and customer service skills•Ability to manage multiple projects
