Qualified candidates should be able to:
- Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs.
- Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition.
- Conduct assessments, including functional analysis.
- Observe clients and staff across settings.
- Participate in professional development activities (supervise RBTs, maintain certification and state requirements for licensure).
- Conduct new client intakes.
- Collaborate with families and other providers (i.e. wraparound, doctors, schools, and insurance companies).
- Promote a culture/climate of open communication and collaboration.
- Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.
- Must have PA Behavior Specialist License
- Inclusion and collaboration experience preferred
- Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with availability to work at least two evenings per week
- Commutable across Northeast Philadelphia
- Comfortable working with clients aged 2 - 18
