We are currently looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to directly support our electronic payments platform, specifically for Payments Enterprise Portal.

The Software Support Specialist addresses and resolves complex issues for Tyler clients and employees. The Software Support Specialist fosters the advancement of product knowledge and client service skills within the team.

The Data Engineer role within the Central Operations department is responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining data solutions across the Courts and Justice (C&J) division. Primary responsibilities will include querying databases, maintaining data transformation pipelines through ETL tools and systems into data warehouses, providing and supporting data visualizations, interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and data modeling across business units and services teams.

In this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You'll work collaboratively with various teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.

We are looking for a Software Support Specialist to join our diverse, high-performing team to work closely with clients using a cloud-based data-as-a-service platform, supporting data-sharing programs at every level of government.

The Software Support Specialist ensures timely resolution of easy-moderate client software issues through data analysis and functionality troubleshooting using multiple development tools, best practice communication, team coordinated testing, and other available tools for resolving issues.

The Public Safety Instructional Designer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination, and facilitation of training and development programs within the Public Safety division of Tyler Technologies. They will assist in creating new training materials, Instructor Led Training (ILT), webinars, software demonstration, and e-learning content for our clients and employees.

Provide software support for Tyler clients in the use, functionality, and understanding of our products. The Software Support Representative ensures timely resolution of easy-moderate client software issues through data analysis and functionality troubleshooting using multiple development tools, best practice communication, team coordinated testing, and other available tools for resolving issues.
