Gastro MD is a well-established, single specialty Gastroenterology practice in the Greater Area of Orlando, FL. Our practice has several office locations and in total has a total of 8 physicians and 9 physician extenders. We are currently seeking a full time PA in the Greater Orlando, FL market. Through a high standard of care, our team of providers have established a large referral base, providing a fantastic opportunity for a PA with excellent clinical skills and a strong work ethic seeking opportunities with busy practice.

Job Skills:
Must be a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Ability to work 2 days (hospital coverage) on the weekend

Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician
Conduct physical exams and medical histories
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe medications and other treatments
Provide patient education and counseling
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
