What you'll do: Help us scale from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands — and eventually millions — of users worldwide. Build a non-custodial crypto wallet that lets users securely buy, swap, and manage digital assets. Develop a crypto card experience that bridges fiat and crypto: instant on-ramp, seamless payments, subscriptions, and physical card integration. Own features end-to-end — from planning and architectural design to implementation, testing, production monitoring, and iterative improvement based on real user feedback. Work across the full stack of mobile development — from UI to crypto logic and blockchain integrations — with freedom to choose the best technologies and approaches. We trust our engineers and expect you to help us evolve. Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deeply understand user needs, shape product direction, and co-create solutions that deliver tangible value. Partner with QA and backend engineers to ensure strong quality control through clear documentation, reproducible testing flows, and knowledge sharing. Communicate clearly and proactively by producing technical documentation and guides for internal teams, and occasionally showcase product demos for support and operations. Stay ahead of React, React Native, and Expo ecosystem trends, bringing modern ideas that keep our product and codebase at the cutting edge. Who you are: 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including 3+ years building React Native apps in production; background in web3, crypto, or fintech is a strong plus. Expert in React, React Native, and TypeScript, with solid experience in testing (Jest, Detox) and modern tooling. Confident working with Git workflows, GitHub Actions, and automated pipelines for production releases. Strong product mindset — you think beyond implementation and care about user experience, business context, and product impact. Skilled in technical research: evaluating trade-offs, testing hypotheses, and making data-driven architectural decisions. Effective collaborator across cross‑functional teams (Product, Design, Backend, QA) — you communicate clearly and drive alignment. Self‑motivated and responsible — you thrive in small teams, enjoy autonomy, and take full ownership of the development process. Curious about blockchain technologies and eager to deepen your understanding of crypto wallets, tokens, and network mechanics. English proficiency at least Upper‑Intermediate. Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language proficiency.
