Assistin the preparation of Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders by gathering necessary documents, product specifications, material samples, andensuring thatall documents meetUMCsubmission standards.

Collaborate withprojectGC andsubcontractors(other trades)to ensure alignment with project plans. Address conflicts or delays involving subcontractors,vendorsor internal teams,and escalation unresolved issues. Maintain open communication channels betweenVendors,subcontractors, customers, and the internal project team. Monitor progress, escalatingissues,and providing updates to the Project Manager.

Attend regular team meetingsto discuss progress, challenges, and goals. Foster cross-departmental collaboration by sharing insights and updates. Track equipment/rental inventory and usage to prevent delays in equipment accessor idle equipment rentals. Cross-reference take-offs with design plans to ensure accuracy. (Matrix Buildouts) Regularly update matrixes to reflect project changes or equipment substitutions.

Ensurethatall subcontractor certifications, licenses, and insurance documents are up to date. Facilitatethe issuance and recordingof purchase orders and material procurement(MR’s) and issuing Purchase Order Change Orders whenrequired. Ensure يې Purchase Orders arecosted accurately. Track material and fixture Purchase Orders through the process from submission through fulfillment.

Monitoringand managing any ova in processorders for issues or delays. Communicate Wholesaler/Vendor issues to theappropriate department. Assistin preparing financial summaries for project budgeting and forecasting. Assistin preparing job specific progresspayment applicationsensuring alignment with contractsandsubmittingthem for approval.

Maintain comprehensive project files, including contracts, RFIss, change orders, and as-builts, Bids & Quotes, etc. Ensure that Plans &allon & allappropriate documentsare kept up to date with the latest revisions. Assistant Project Manager Qualifications Must have a high school diploma, or General Equivality Diploma, or GED. Must be willing to commute.

His is for an onsite position out of Park City, UT. Must have 1-3 years of recent hands-on experience supporting project management tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must support UMC's vision, mission, and core values, demonstrate inner integrity and maintain confidentiality of personnel and business information. Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Ability to learn construction processes, systems, and company standards quickly. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Comfort with supporting project managers with documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and willingness to grow within a project team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess the aptitude to learn and use additional computer software as needed, i.e., Bluebeam, BuildOps, NetSuite, Paycor, Vista Viewpoint. Must be ableto use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; sit; stoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; climb or balance; stand; walk; lift or move up to 30 pounds and жилья lift or move up to 100 pounds; work overhead and in cramped quarters. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
