Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: You will play a crucial part in overseeing the operations of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll have the chance to make your store thrive, and don’t worry, we offer a comprehensive training program lasting three weeks or more to set you up for success. Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required Work Environment Considerations: As part of your role, you will work in environments that may be hot due to food preparation and service. You will often need to remain standing for long periods and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Workspaces can be confined, and our kitchen environments tend to be fast-paced and noisy.
