The Department of Psychiatry includes 89 adult acute inpatient beds, a CPEP, a Consultation-Liaison Service, an Adult Ambulatory Practice, and a Community-Based Assertive Community Treatment Program. The department emphasizes evidence-based practices and patient-centered care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Job Responsibilities Supervise attending psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric PAs, residents, and medical students. Oversee delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, collaborating with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments. Lead patient safety initiatives and clinical effectiveness efforts. Provide leadership in medical education for students and residents. Participate in incident review and departmental meetings.
