Senior SAP Digital Manufacturing Business Consultant

**Job Description:****Job Summary:**The Functional SAP DM Consultant is responsible for translating manufacturing business requirements into functional specifications and configurations within SAP Digital Manufacturing. This role ensures that SAP DM modules (DMe, DMi, REO) are aligned with production processes, quality standards, and operational goals. The consultant collaborates with technical teams, business stakeholders, and shop floor personnel to deliver a robust and user-friendly MES solution.**Key Responsibilities:*** Analyze manufacturing processes and define SAP DM functional requirements.* Configure SAP DM modules to support production, quality, and resource management.* Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design MES solutions.* Lead workshops, document specs, and support testing and go-live.* Train users and support change management.* Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.**Requirements:*** Many years (5-10) of experience implementing MES systems.* Strong knowledge of SAP DM (or SAP ME), S/4HANA, and integration with ERP, EWM, QM.* Experience in implementation of at least 2 SAP DM projects successfully.* Experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, and MES systems.* Familiarity with shop floor processes and SAP methodologies.* Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.**Education and Qualification:*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration, understanding of MES standards (ISA-95) and ERP data structures.* Fluent in German and English.* Willingness to travel.* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.**Preferred Skills and Qualification:*** Knowledge of SAP BTP and Fiori applications.* Certifications in SAP DM or related SAP modules.* Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.**What we offer:*** Permanent position in a large, international, highly qualified team of experts.* Flexible working time models.* Training and mentoring to support implementation projects.* Opportunity to work with the latest technologies and products in state-of-the-art corporate, environments and to provide services for a variety of global customer infrastructures.**Thank you for taking time reviewing our job ad.
