We are passionate about serving our diverse community and are looking for a talented and compassionate optometrist to join our rapidly expanding team at 1150 Webster Ave, Bronx, NY. About the Role: As an Optometrist at Top Care Optical, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating eye conditions, and fitting patients with appropriate eyewear. You will be a key member of our team, contributing to our mission of improving the vision and overall well-being of our community. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity, refraction, and ocular health assessments. Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions. Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses. Educate patients on eye health and vision care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent patient satisfaction. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry. Valid and active New York State Optometry license. Must be credentialed with Medicaid NY. Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for serving an underserved community.
