Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are inspirational, disciplined, excellent, and aligned.Objectives:Provide strong leadership to the service team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.Utilize comprehensive knowledge of diesel engines, systems, and components to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles effectively. Offer guidance and troubleshooting complex issues and implementing best practices.Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the customer service team to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Implement measures to streamline workflow, reduce downtime, and maximize resource utilization.Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance in all service operations.Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in diesel technicians.
