Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on product details and make suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist your team in achieving teamwork goals.
