- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment, including boilers and appliances
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
