Pest and Termite Technician

We need a full-time entry-level Pest and Termite Technician with Arrow Exterminators, a renowned name in pest control. We invite qualified professionals to join our team, offering a competitive wage of $19 - $24/hour and a comprehensive benefits package with:

REQUIREMENTS:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing and certification exams

+ Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

No experience necessary We will train the right person.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with around 8 stops per day. Occasional Saturday work, but no nights. We prioritize work-life balance to ensure our team enjoys stress-free weekends and evenings.

As a Pest and Termite Technician at Arrow Exterminators, your daily responsibilities involve cultivating lasting client relationships and ensuring homes remain pest-free. Conduct inspections, determine prescribed treatments, and prepare areas for treatment. Utilize a commercial backpack mist duster to apply wood-destroying organism treatments-installing termite bait stations, trenching, drilling, and spraying. Your expertise transforms spaces, offering peace of mind to our valued customers. Interact with clients, share your knowledge, and become an indispensable part of the Arrow Exterminators family.
