Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition role at QTS Data Centers Who You Are You lead the direction and execution of talent acquisition initiatives across multiple business units and regions. You excel in building and scaling recruitment capabilities, driving workforce planning outcomes, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. You partner closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and innovation in the hiring process. What You Will Do Develop and lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that support long-term business growth and workforce planning. Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance development. Collaborate with business leadership and HR Business Partners to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies. Identify and capture ROI related to the sourcing function focusing on lead generation, top of funnel candidate flow, and talent landscape across all hiring markets. Champion employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice. Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Drive fair and equitable hiring strategies throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Leverage best practices and technologies to widen talent pools, and develop and nurture a network of contacts inside and outside the organization. Leverage knowledge and insights on the talent landscape to inform business and hiring decisions. Represent and refine the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues while maintaining a professional presence. Must be available to travel based on business needs, estimated 15% or less. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need to Be Successful Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree. Ten or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience, including five or more years of people leadership experience. Proven track record of leading high-impact recruitment strategies in complex organizations. Expertise in recruitment technologies, ATS & CRM platforms, and data analytics. Deep understanding of labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and employment law. Nice to Have Global or multi-country recruitment expertise. Other Key Skills Experience working in high-growth global organizations. Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Exceptional communication, organization, leadership, and project management skills. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Strong developer of talent.
