About the Position:

Paramount Health Resources is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team. This role will serve three of our ten facilities in the Greater Pittsburgh area. The ideal candidate will work independently, demonstrate flexibility, maintain personal integrity, and effectively collaborate with residents, staff, support agencies, and external agencies.

Responsibilities:
Assess home environments and identify equipment needs related to speech, language, and cognitive functions.
Establish goals and develop care plans to enhance patient function.
Provide training to patients, their representatives, caregivers, and families.
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other members of the home health team.
Submit required documentation per agency policy.
Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered license in Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
BA/BS in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology or Audiology.
Preferred but not required: experience in home health and working with dementia patients.
