In this role, you will support capital project execution, lead process improvement initiatives, and collaborate across departments to enhance plant performance in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.******If you're a results-driven professional with a strong foundation in chemical or mechanical engineering and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.******Key Roles:***Outstanding communication skills and able to interact with Corporate Staff groups, hourly plant personnel, as well as staff. Outstanding organizational skills. Above average computer skills. Fundamental belief and demonstrated behaviors that safety & compliance is one of the most critical aspects to the Plant Process Engineer’s role.Safety, compliance, and the overall Responsible Care process is supported by the Plant Process Engineer through demonstrating safety leadership; by participation and example.**Qualifications:**2-5 years minimum industrial experience in chemical process environment.
