Responsibilities Manage a backlog of customer issues, including ticket lifecycle, issue triage, defect documentation, testing, resolution guidance, and ensuring a positive customer experience by meeting SLA timelines. Collaborate effectively with global cross‑functional teams, including product and engineering, to resolve customer issues. Curate resolved customer issues into a knowledge‑base system. Set achievable goals and deadlines, maintaining commitment to achieve them despite obstacles and frustrations. Provide periodic after‑hours support for critical issues and participate in a formal on‑call rotation. Undertake additional duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields. Minimum of one year of experience providing software solution support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Foundational understanding of SQL and ability to rapidly attain proficiency; ability to analyze data in SQL and read C++ or C# code for effective troubleshooting. Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNOW, JIRA, and ADO for managing Customer Service engagements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Candidates with experience in the Oil and Gas industry and/or hydrocarbon accounting are encouraged to apply.
