Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate As a Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face that greets every customer who enters and leaves the store. You will be knowledgeable about all product lines, ensuring customers receive excellent service and assistance. Your role will also involve maintaining a neat and organized store environment, including proper merchandise display. Key Responsibilities: Embrace and promote our company culture, mission, vision, and values. Deliver friendly and courteous customer service using expert selling techniques. Encourage a positive shopping experience without high-pressure selling tactics. Seize every selling opportunity with customers. Stay informed of the latest fashion trends in western wear. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures. Keep up to date on current promotions and pricing. Assist in stocking merchandise and organizing the store as needed. Arrive to work on time and well-groomed. Prioritize security and safety at all times. Ensure products are displayed correctly and check for mismates in the boot department. Assist customers with returns and exchanges. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding fit, pricing, promotions, and product quality. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Work collaboratively with supervisors to achieve company goals. Qualifications: Physical ability to lift and lower objects regularly during shifts. Ability to understand and follow basic instructions. Capability to interpret documents related to the job. Aptitude for applying abstract principles in diverse and complex situations. Strong comprehension of language and effective communication. Fluency in reading and understanding English is required. Stay alert and focused during assigned work hours.
