Must have knowledge of health code regulations and ensure that the designated work area is maintained to the proper standards. Direct work and evaluate the job performance of all Pool Team Members. Implement effective controls of Food and Beverage products, labor controls and all other expense accounts of the department. Responsible for daily cabana management to maximize occupancy and revenues. Qualifications Five (5) years food and beverage experience in Food and Beverage or Resort Pool Management preferred.> Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Must be able to perform all duties of a lifeguard and have a Lifeguard/CPR Certification. Knowledge of profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and sanitation. Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
