ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS•Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements and specifications•Assemble and integrate various mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components to build automated machines according to product specifications•Install and align machine components ensuring proper fit and functionality•Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of machine components, subassemblies, and complete systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality standards•Collaborate with Engineers and other team members to identify and resolve technical issues during the machine assembly and testing process•Interfaces with customers and vendors as necessary•Performs other duties as assignedSKILLS & EXPERIENCE•Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a Machine Builder, Machine Assembler, or similar role in manufacturing equipment•Must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints•Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and tools•Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively•Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment with effective communication skills•Excellent problem solving and communication skills•Must have valid driver's license and must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally •Frequently moves, lifts, transports, positions, and installs equipment and material greater than 20lb
