What You’ll Love About Us: Collaborative, supportive team culture Meaningful work that makes people smile Work life balance M, T, TH, F (Wednesday off) Benefits & Paid Time Off Schedule (days/hours) Mon, Tues, Thurs 8am-6pm & Fri 8am-3pm (Wed OFF) Responsibilities Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X‑rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post‑treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Qualifications Dental Assisting Experience Organized, reliable, and committed to providing 5‑star patient care Someone who thrives in a team‑first, people‑focused environment Compensation $25.00 – $29.00/hr About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
