Evergreen + Maker is a turnkey and wholesale provider of cabinets, countertops, flooring, and hardware trim fixtures. Evergreen + Maker is quickly becoming an exclusive supplier for some of the largest builders in Charlotte & surrounding markets. Our company is growing rapidly, and we seek a key warehousing and inventory candidate to grow with us.
We are currently searching for a detail-oriented and skilled Warehouse employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage materials, sales orders, deliveries, and all warehouse activities for a regional supply and service company.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all phases of the inventory process and maintain inventory systems and software in place for organization.
· Receive, process, label, and store all incoming stock.
· Engage in other warehouse activities including, quality assurance, inventory control, cleanliness, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and customer service.
· Proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues.
· Assist in the creation of SOPs and training materials for general warehouse labor positions.
· Forecast space needs, identify potential issues, and communicate solutions to company leadership.
· Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
· Prior experience in Shopify and Amazon fulfillment preferred.
· Participate in unloading and loading inventory at the jobsite. Pick, pack, load, and deliver materials to customer worksites and retrieve unused materials. Including, overseeing and managing the logistics for transporting products to customers work sites.
· Work independently to pick and pack orders in our clean/climate-controlled warehouse.
· Thrive in a fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages.
· Create and oversee warehouse schedule.
· Utilize organizational skills to ensure tracking systems are used to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process.
· Maintain exterior and interior cleanliness of company vehicles as well as proper mechanical function of all company vehicles.
· Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
· Properly load materials onto vehicles in a safe manner to insure they are not damaged during the loading, transport and unloading process
· Meet regularly with company management to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.

Experience Preferred:
· Minimum of one (1) year experience required, three plus (3+) year’s experience preferred working in a wholesale or e-commerce warehouse.
· Prior experience with shipping, receiving, and all levels of inventory control.
· Prior Experience in the residential construction, flooring, or cabinet industries strongly preferred.
· Receive instruction and facilitate all day-to-day warehouse operations.
· Prior experience assisting vendors with purchases and order fulfillment.
· Prior involvement in warehouse transitions.
· basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications, inventory software.
· exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a high level of conscientiousness.
· solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
· ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
· Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred.
