Sr. Project Manager A client in the Nashville, TN area is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their team. This resource will lead two strategic initiatives within a broader program, supporting the AVP of Performance on private wealth operations from project inception through execution. This role involves defining and refining requirements, driving multiple phases of implementation, and managing complex workflows across private wealth and retail distribution. The PM will spearhead connections between processes and data flows, identify gaps, and ensure milestones are met while managing stakeholders and reporting progress. Responsibilities include leveraging Smartsheet for project tracking, presenting status updates through dashboards or presentations, and collaborating on portfolio management. Candidates should bring strong execution skills, PMP certification, and at least five years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to finance or tax operations. Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and IT systems for performance reporting is a plus. This is an onsite role (4 days per week) requiring a proactive driver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on net-new projects from the ground up.
