Medical Territory Sales Representative Employer: Charlotte Radiology (part of Lumexa Imaging) Lumexa Imaging is one of the country's largest providers of outpatient medical imaging. The Physician Liaison is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory sales goals by using strategic sales tactics while performing face‑to‑face sales calls. This position will primarily focus on growing referral volume to Charlotte Radiology outpatient imaging centers within the greater North Charlotte area. Strong selling skills, effective business planning, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment are essential for success. Duties / Responsibilities Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Charlotte Radiology. Gain in‑depth knowledge of the outpatient radiology industry, its services, and the local competition within the market. Develop weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans. Leverage the Charlotte Radiology Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and business intelligence tools to inform targeting and resource allocation. Execute Charlotte Radiology marketing strategy. Manage the monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral. Partner with the operations team at Charlotte Radiology outpatient imaging centers to ensure customer satisfaction and guide regional sales strategies. Understand and uphold all corporate compliance policies. Operate company vehicle to travel within the North Charlotte city limits and occasionally outside the market to attend meetings, sales calls, and other business activities. Complete other tasks and projects as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols. Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines. Basic computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of business principles and strong analytical abilities. Skill in organizing and prioritizing work and following assignments through to completion. Skill in written and verbal communication. Skill in using selling techniques to influence others and generate measurable results. Ability to safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet established deadlines. Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change. Ability to effectively handle details with accuracy. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full‑time.
