Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Dekalb, Illinois for a contract assignment at a partnering Skilled Nursing Facility. With our national support structures, you can trust that Supplemental Health Care will be there when you need us. LPN Contract Details
- $1,340 - $1,468 per week
- 8-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- PM shift available
- LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
