The opportunityJoin Hitachi Energy as a Senior Project Engineer (HV Breakers) and lead the design and implementation of engineering projects focused on high voltage switchgear. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelinesHow you'll make an impactAct as a technical leader for customer orders and responsible countries.Generate BOM in ERP for customer orders, working closely with team members.Understand and circuit diagrams and schematics.Review and understand mechanical designs and drawings in 3D design tools like Creo.Collaborate with design and secondary engineers to review 2D and 3D drawings.Review customer specifications at the order design stage.Support production teams with technical queries.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.6-8 years of experience with high voltage switchgear (66kV above).Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., IEEE, ANSI, IEC).Proficiency in ERP software is an added advantage.Understanding of manufacturing drawings and electrical schematics.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.More about usAt Hitachi Energy, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where you can grow and develop.
