Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, assist with campaign management, and help ensure the smooth execution of marketing projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Coordinate and assist with events, promotions, and trade shows.
  • Help manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
