MidwifePrime Healthcare  Denville, New Jersey, United States (On-site)  

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice Nurse/Certified Midwife Pre-Natal Clinic Denville NJ. The APN/Certified Midwife functions as a liaison for the clinic; interfacing with patient, family, physicians, and other ancillary departments while providing oversight for the patient. This includes the initial intake, social service assessment, physical assessment, review of lab and diagnostics, nutritional assessment, education, genetic screening, education, plan of care, financial assistance and all prenatal and follow up visits. The person will facilitate patient navigation through all phases of the pregnancy working with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes, quality of care, and patient safety. He/she will cultivate relationships and acts as a liaison between the physician, nursing, ancillary staff, patients, and their families to promote customer satisfaction.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and Valid Advanced Practice RN NJ License

2. Current and Valid Certified Nurse Midwife Certification

3. BLS upon hire and maintained current.

4. Two years’ experience as an ANP preferred.

5. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Maternal Child Health

6. Prenatal Clinic experience preferred.

7. MSN with specialization in ANP in Women’s Health
