Employment Type: Staff, Full-Time Internal Job Category: Exempt (Staff) Department: College of Medicine Hours: 37.5 Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the Assistant Dean for Scholarly Productivity and Innovation and faculty to design the College of Medicine student and faculty scholarly productivity program. Ensure College of Medicine students and faculty have the appropriate support and infrastructure to meet their needs in various areas of scholarly productivity. Serve as the College of Medicine data analyst and teach others to use qualitative data analysis tools. Assist in submitting grants in collaboration with College of Medicine faculty, students, and community partners. Required Qualifications: Ability to perform qualitative data analysis. Knowledge of mixed methods research. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions. Experience in program and resource management, monitoring activities, and assessing risks and quality issues. Effective communication skills for presentations and written reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic databases/software. Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing high-pressure situations. Ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies. Required Education: Doctorate degree in medical education or relevant science field. Required Experience: 4-6 years in academic research.
