Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry for sectors including aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, healthcare, and communications, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is critical for driving financial analysis, strategic planning, and supporting key business initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the President, contributing to the company’s growth and M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and forecasting across various business areas, including manufacturing and sales.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives through detailed data analysis, report generation, and project support.
- Work with internal finance teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and alignment across divisions.
- Participate in the evaluation, coordination, and tracking of potential acquisition opportunities.
- Build advanced financial models to support assessments for potential business transactions.
- Conduct research, due diligence, and prepare documentation for ongoing financial projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions and new product considerations.
- Prepare and present financial insights and key findings to senior decision-makers.
- Analyze data to assist in the seamless integration of acquired businesses.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering support on strategic projects and business planning efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
Ability to travel as needed.
