Our client, a healthcare system located near Charlotte, NC, has several Physical Therapist positions available. They currently have an outpatient position (must have acute care experience) available, about 45 mins from Charlotte.

They are offering a $15,000 sign on bonus and $5000 in relocation assistance.

The Physical therapist organizes and carries out physical therapy programs for inpatients or outpatients, to facilitate the rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped. The staff PT provides direct patient focused care to include physical therapy evaluations and quality treatment with short and long term goals determined by the patient’s needs. All PT’s are required to have competency for adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. Therapists who will work with children or infants less than 13 years will require specific training and competencies demonstrated prior to working with pediatrics. The staff PT also assists the director of the department in the supervision of support staff, quality assurance and improvement activities and the overall operation of the rehabilitation department.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.S., M.S. or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
For Rehab - Quality Measure Certification to be completed within one year of employment.
Experience preferred but new graduates are acceptable. Preferred: Neuro, Generalist experience
Candidate must have current licensure or be eligible to apply for licensure in the state of NC.
