Manufacturing Engineer Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves heading a team of 5 engineers to ensure that manufacturing operations are efficient and meet all safety and quality standards.


Manufacturing Engineer Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Design, build and transfer complete set of test stands and tooling
  • Manage capital projects and write technical manuals/work instruction for operation, maintenance and calibration of support equipment
  • Analyze and correct the component level and system level design
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Lead and manage manufacturing projects, including new product introductions and process improvements.
  • Ensure that manufacturing operations adhere to safety regulations and standards.


Manufacturing Engineer Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role or similar position
  • Proven experience with process design, optimization, and quality control
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications are a plus
