We are seeking a Dynamic HR Generalist for our Client near Bedford NH:

As an HR Generalist with expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), you will play a critical role in supporting HR functions and driving HR initiatives within the organization. This position requires hands-on experience with UKG's suite of HR software solutions, including UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Workforce Central, to manage key HR processes such as payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent management, and employee data management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to enhance HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage day-to-day HR functions including employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and record keeping.
Use UKG Pro (or relevant UKG platform) for HRIS data management, ensuring employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
Administer and maintain employee records within the UKG system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Oversee payroll processing using UKG Pro, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
Administer employee benefits programs and manage enrollment, changes, and terminations in the UKG system.
Respond to payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues as needed.
Ensure time and attendance records are accurate in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central, including tracking employee hours, overtime, and leave requests.
Assist employees and managers with timecard issues and attendance policies.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and providing appropriate support.
Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Generate and analyze HR reports using UKG Pro’s reporting tools, providing insights into turnover rates, absenteeism, headcount, etc.
Provide HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to help inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and adjust HR processes accordingly.
Maintain proper documentation and records to meet legal requirements and audits
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees on HR processes, UKG system usage, and policy adherence.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development through available tools in the UKG system.


Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with hands-on experience using UKG HRIS platforms (such as UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Workforce Central).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Familiarity with UKG system configurations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Skills:
Proficient in UKG Pro (HRIS), UKG Dimensions, or UKG Workforce Central.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS-related software.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
