They founded America Networks to provide low-power, cost-efficient sensors for data collection, alerts, and predictive actions, integrated with LPWA networking technologies to reduce operational costs of IoT sensors and connected devices.We specialize in designing, deploying, optimizing, and supporting these networks. We create tailored solutions and facilitate data transfer to various cloud platforms, including proprietary options.Systems and Application EngineerDescriptionThis engineer will support the Operating Systems and Application infrastructure for ISD customer environments.Qualified candidates will have skills in:Operating System support: Windows or LinuxHardware Support: UCS B or C series, server parts replacementApplication Support: Vendor and custom applications; Active Directory, SQLTechnologies/Solutions: VMWARE, SAN Storage, NetApp, Hosted and Managed SolutionsMonitoring Platforms: SCOM, Service Manager, SCCMAdditional responsibilities include creating change process documentation (MOPS), performing standard changes, providing escalation support, acting as primary technical support during critical events, managing client alerts and trouble tickets, resolving escalated issues, collaborating on cross-departmental projects, and recommending process or technical improvements.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in Operating Systems and Application supportAbility to multitask effectivelyAvailability for shift work, including nights, weekends, holidays, and in inclement weather, in a 24/7 operations center #J-18808-Ljbffr
