Our client, a well-respected law firm with a strong litigation practice, is seeking a General Litigation Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands‑on experience across a diverse range of civil litigation matters while working alongside experienced trial lawyers. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda Assist in preparing and defending depositions and hearings Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction 3–6 years of experience in general civil litigation Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Prior courtroom or deposition experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Exposure to a broad mix of litigation matters Mentorship from seasoned litigators Competitive compensation and benefits; salary will be commensurate with experience Clear path for professional growth and advancement Collaborative, team‑oriented firm culture If you’re a litigation associate seeking meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and long‑term growth, we encourage you to apply or reach out for a confidential discussion.
