"Join Our Team: Delivering Excellence in Automotive Service and Customer Care at Timbrook Automotive" We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive BDC Manager at our Chambersburg Hyundai dealership. The BDC Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Business Development Center, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful BDC team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the BDC, including supervising staff, monitoring performance, and providing training and support. Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates. Oversee and analyze CRM data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer engagement. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Prepare and present regular reports on BDC performance to senior management. Downloads and follows up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists. Answers all inbound profit center calls - sales, service, parts and body shop. Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership. Make CSI follow-up calls. Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments. Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns. Works on service drive contacting customers for test drive opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
