Generalist:
Busy well established (50 yr) and respected single specialty group of 20+ OBGYN physicians and Subspecialists in the East and West Valleys of Phoenix AZ seeking an OBGYN physician. The physicians work out of 1 or a few of their 17 state-of-the-art office locations which are beautiful and fully equipped. The practice also works out of 8 hospitals all with nursery levels of ll or lll and all with all services in-house, 6 of the 8 have robotics in-house too and providers only cover hospitals closest to the office they work out of. Physicians work with a very diverse patient base, do a good mix of OB and GYN, average 20-30 patients per day, and work out of only 1 office and the corresponding hospital. Offices are fully equipped and offer a living room like office setting. Call will be 1:3-4 from home and is 24hr - ends up being 1.8 calls weekly. Call is not heavy and many days you are not called in. Office locations in the suburbs have easy access to the city but also the benefits of great schools and quality of life. Offer includes a competitive salary (400K, 405K, 425K), a residency stipend and potential for loan repayment thru the NHS corp. This group also allows for the flexibility of taking sabbatical time if provider so desires after he or she has been there for a while. They also offer full benefits package and may be negotiable on tail coverage (they may help with nose coming in, putting $ aside for tail which will be reflected in salary but essentially, its claims made) They will consider H1B, J1 and NHS Corp payback candidates as they are underserved and qualify for all
Laborist:
They have started a Laborist program and are looking for 2 Laborist to do 8 24hr calls monthly from home. Physicians will only be responsible for covering shifts but are also open to a hybrid if the candidate so desires. Locations - Phoenix and suburbs
